Libraries often have good views!
Christ Church Cathedral from the Christ Church Upper library. You can also see the tree in the garden of the deanery where the Cheshire Cat is thought to have appeared!

The Clarendon building from the Weston Library. It was designed by Hawksmoor and built in the early 1700s to house the Oxford University Press. I think it looks better from a higher viewpoint, less heavy somehow.
